Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade work, products may differ slightly to product photo. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns before you make your purchase, as Elbow Workshop cannot offer refunds for goods due to change of mind. 

All goods are condition-checked before sending and are packaged thoughtfully. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods and we will assess the best option - be that repair, replacement or refund. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for items that have been mishandled. Upon contacting us, we will discuss return instructions. 

Nature of Handmade Products
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

Damages/Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Elbow Workshop at us@elbowworkshop.com.au within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, please note as we make to order, additional lead times will apply. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is marked or held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Product Descriptions
Elbow Workshop aims to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserve the right to modify without prior notice (although we’ll do our best to let you know). Any changes will be responses to improving the utility of the product, efficiencies in productions or adjusting to changes in material availability.

Property and Delivery of Goods
All goods are sold on Elbow Workshop studio basis. The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price of goods has been paid in full. The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch.
